Role Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals in Success Management, Project Management, and Technical Account Management to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction by driving adoption, managing projects, and supporting upsell opportunities. You’ll work closely with financial institutions to help them meet and exceed compliance requirements, especially around ESG and GRC, leveraging Pianat.ai's innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand, adopt, and maximize the value of our AI-powered GRC and ESG solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management, from onboarding new clients to implementing custom solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Technical Account Management: Maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth platform operation, issue resolution, and alignment with clients' compliance goals.
  • Upselling and Subscription Management: Identify opportunities to upsell additional features and add-ons to existing clients, driving customer retention and maximizing lifetime value.
  • Compliance Expertise: Stay updated on CBE, FRA, and relevant industry regulations, guiding clients in using Pianat.ai’s solutions to maintain compliance and avoid regulatory penalties.
  • Collaboration with Product & Tech Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback, prioritize features, and tailor solutions that align with evolving client needs.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the financial sector, with a strong track record in project management, customer success, or technical account management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Expertise in ESG and GRC, especially within the context of financial regulations such as CBE and FRA.
  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and communicate complex concepts simply.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset, capable of addressing customer challenges and providing timely solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification: PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications in project management or technical account management.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI, GRC, or ESG platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated experience in upselling or cross-selling within a subscription-based business model.
