We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of expertise in sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent, particularly within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, recruitment best practices, and local hiring trends, along with the ability to build meaningful connections with candidates and hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent in alignment with Saudi market trends.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for roles such as software developers, engineers, IT specialists, and other technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and ensure a clear and effective hiring process.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms, to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct technical screenings and coordinate with technical teams for assessments and interviews.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices to improve recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Represent the company at tech events, job fairs, and networking meetups to build relationships with potential candidates.
