Job Description

Job Purpose


As a Technical Product Owner, you will own and manage products and services that ensure seamless and compliant payment experiences and a robust marketplace platform for customers across multiple regions. You will act as the primary technical contact for integration efforts, overseeing the scoping, technical analysis, and design of new projects or changes for payment gateways and marketplace services.


You will evaluate whether proposed solutions align with the existing system architecture and advise on necessary modifications to maintain consistency with business objectives and technical requirements. Collaborating closely with development and cross-functional teams, you will drive the successful delivery of integrations, marketplace features, and payment solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities


-        Collaborate with external partners, including payment gateway providers, digital service providers and tenants, to integrate their services into the Mondia platform.


-        Lead end-to-end technical scoping, solution design, and implementation of integrations with payment gateways (DCB, credit card, etc.) for the marketplace services.


-        Partner with Product, Account Managers, Finance, TAM, Engineering, and other teams to deliver seamless partners and tenants onboarding experiences.


-        Partner with Product, TAM to design and deliver the Marketplace features.


-        Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to align on integration requirements and execution.


-        Maintain a deep understanding of Mondia platforms, APIs, and integration standards.


-        Define, document, and manage user stories and technical requirements for integrations and marketplace features and enhancements.


-     Align requirements with business goals and ensure clarity for cross-functional product teams.


-        Participate in product development processes with design, technology, and data teams to ensure alignment with technical and business objectives.


-        Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UATs) to guarantee product quality and compliance with requirements.
