Objective: (summary about the position)
The Technical Product Manager will oversee the development and delivery of CloudCom’s CPaaS products by defining and executing the product roadmap. This role combines technical expertise with product management to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the products meet market demands and align with the company’s strategic goals. The TPM will leverage advanced product management tools to optimize workflows and drive successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and manage product roadmaps to align with business objectives and customer needs.
2. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to build innovative CPaaS products.
3. Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
4. Use product management tools like Jira, Productboard, and Trello to manage tasks, track progress, and communicate updates.
5. Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the product's market relevance and differentiation.
6. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
7. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
8. Monitor product performance post-launch and define improvement opportunities.
9. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
10. Stay updated on CPaaS industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform product strategy.
