Role Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to oversee the development of new software products from conception to launch. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing product strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to bring our products to market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software product management including SAP and AI product management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the SAP and AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap and manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to tactical execution.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify their needs and integrate these insights into product development.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products that align with business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities.
• Prioritize product features and capabilities based on business and customer impact.
• Lead beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, and integrate feedback to iterate and improve the product.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related queries and communicate product strategy to all relevant participants and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally in software product development within the SAP ecosystem.
• Must have a demonstrable track record of product management.
• Strong understanding of SAP products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across functional teams.
• Experience with product lifecycle management tools and agile methodologies.
• Must have at least 3 years of product management experience and a demonstratable portfolio.
