Plan and implement SLA (service level agreement) with OPS department to ensure Operation requirements from equipment are obtained plus directing Engineering efforts to increase productivity.
Keep verifying asset meter reading to be update per shift.
Keep supporting DPWS technicians’ staff to promote shift performance.
Update by shift performance and KPI figures.
Manage maintenance resources (spare parts, technicians, time) to make ensure resources are available when required
Prepar daily equipment status reports.
Complies with QHSE requirements & safe workplace practices when performing duties with due concern for all other persons.
Immediately reports & responds as appropriate to any hazardous condition/act.
Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree Overall, 1-3 years’ experience in planning field.
Experience of EAM systems, planning and Quality programs.
Fully Conversant with Safety Procedures.
Prefer to have experience in the ports and terminals cranes.
Very Good English language both spoken and written
Very Good in Ms Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent initiative and Entrepreneurship skills.
Excellent communication skills with various departments.
