Job Description

1. Define the scope of the project and estimate the average headcount and time frames of the upcoming project.1. Define the scope of the project and estimate the average headcount and time frames of the upcoming project.

2. Study the contract of the new project to make sure the terms and conditions are met throughout the project execution period.

3. Assign team members for each project’s tasks and ensure they are carrying out their responsibilities efficiently. 

4. Provide the team with the needed technical support to resolve any issues and ensure issuing all shop drawings, and material submittals on time. 

5. Follow up on the ongoing project and make sure that it is on schedule to avoid any delay.

6. Report the resources leveling and make sure they are within the project specs and contract terms.

7. Create monthly progress report for the ongoing projects to make sure they are up to standards and time frame.

8. Attend kickoff and monthly meetings either internally or externally to provide concerned parties with needed information and discuss any conflicts that might hinder the project.

9. Manage reviewing the drawings and calculations provided by the subcontractors to the organization.

10. Lead and coach the team members and provide them with the needed development plans to improve their performance. 

11. Perform and handle start up activities for the designated newly awarded project.

12. Ensure and manage material list creation and sending it to the concerned department to be used as a reference throughout the project. 

13. Act as a point of contact between site technical office, procurement and purchasing departments to avoid any conflicts.

14. Follow up with some vendors and suppliers to make sure that the materials needed are delivered on time. 

15. Follow up on Issuing the Material Submittal on time and send it to the consultant for approval.
