“Technical Office BIM Team leader”
Responsibilities:
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
Coordinate BIM processes across architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure alignment.
Lead the setup and management of BIM environments for projects.
Monitor and enforce adherence to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to Senior and Junior BIM Engineers
Supervise the creation of detailed 3D models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Perform quality checks on BIM models, identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM deliverables meet project needs.Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in (Civil-Arch) Engineering - 6-8 years of experience in BIM process-Proven experience in integrating complex systems.- Advanced proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD- Familiarity with the Saudi market.- Strong understanding of BIM processes and tools.- Willingness to travel to both KSA and other countries as required for business needsWork Conditions :From 9 AM till 5 PMWork Location: 1st Settlement New Cairo 2 days off ( Fri & Sat. )
