GAF Design Studio is looking for a "Technical Engineer" to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all technical designs are structurally sound and feasible, conducting thorough analyses to verify compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Support senior designers in developing technical drawings, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
- Produce accurate technical drawings and specifications using CAD software, following industry standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure cohesive project execution and effective communication.
- Review drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness, assisting in quality control processes to uphold design integrity.
- Maintain and update design files and documentation in response to project changes or client feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in technical drawings.
- Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Proficient in Photoshop & Microsoft office.
- Strong focus on accuracy in design documentation and specifications.
- Ability to identify issues and propose solutions during the technical drafting process.
