Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Director to oversee the delivery of IT infrastructure solutions across multiple geographical regions and countries. Based in Egypt, the Director will lead project execution, ensure technical excellence, and drive customer satisfaction while managing a diverse team of technical delivery professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Management:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations. Develop and implement delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to optimize project execution. Monitor project progress, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical direction and leadership for IT infrastructure projects, including data centers, cloud solutions, networking, and cybersecurity. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Customer Engagement:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers during project delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with presales and sales teams to align delivery strategies with customer needs.
Team Management & Development:
Lead and manage a team of technical delivery managers, engineers, and specialists across multiple regions. Recruit, develop, and retain top technical talent. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with presales, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless project transitions from design to delivery. Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to manage project budgets and resource requirements. Ensure alignment with business continuity and customer support teams for ongoing service delivery.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track and report on delivery performance, project milestones, and resource utilization. Analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and strategic initiatives.

Technical Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure projects across multiple regions.
• Deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure domains, including cloud solutions, data centers, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in managing large teams and working in a matrixed, multi-country environment.
