• Presenting and demonstrating Anahita’s services to customers.
• Deliver Presentations / Demos and POCs to perspective clients.
• Build scope of work/low level technical scope based on the business requirements.
• Deliver regional technical implementations and solution design within Anahita’ services on customer’s sites and remotely.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers, and mission critical support.
• Conduct proactive services with clients through Risk Assessments, Health Checks, Code Reviews, or other similar offerings.
• Reactive and 24x7 Critical Situations support: Reactive services which address the most critical customer issues.
• Ad hoc Services: Short and time limited engagements focused on customer specific issue remediation or support (e.g., Chalk Talks).
• Workshops and Training: Deliver technical training for customer knowledge transfer and for helping customers to consume their products and services.
• Improving the overall customer experience serving as the customer advocate within Alnafitha and playing a key role in assisting our clients to maximize their investment in Technology.
• Deliver solutions related documentations that could include scope of work / user manual.
• Participating in building Anahita’ s technical content library. Ex. Knowledge base and other technical contents.
• Assist in representing Alnafitha in any forum (i.e. seminars, technical or marketing, conferences event)
• Mentor other team members on deployed solutions and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation (Must)
• MCSE Productivity (SharePoint)
• MCSA SQL Administration
• MCSD App Builder.
Technical Skills:
• Experience in the following technology: 7+ (Microsoft SharePoint administration and development)
•A superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2010 or 2013 and Office365/SharePoint Online.
•Understanding of SharePoint development methodologies, C#, .Net, SharePoint Designer, Sandbox solutions.
• Troubleshooting issues with integrated technologies like WSS, Active Directory, SQL, IIS and Exchange server.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting security-related issues involving NTFS, IIS and Active Directory / LDAP and SQL Server.
• SharePoint Migration hands on experience is must.
•Configuration of Business Connectivity Services for connecting to a SQL database or a WCF service.
• Support experience of investigating complex SharePoint issues relating to performance, administration, site configuration and customization.
• Experience of using support tools such as Fiddler, HTTPWatch, NetMon, IE Developer Tools.
• Functional knowledge of using PowerShell, ability to write complex PowerShell scripts.
• Strong understating of SharePoint administration principals, using SharePoint Central Admin and SQL Management Studio, SQL Profiler.
•Good general networking knowledge including DNS, TCP/IP, Sub-netting.
• Experience of Web standards and technologies, e.g. HTTP, JavaScript, CSS, XML
• Solid understanding of IIS, Active Directory and Mail Configuration.
