Overview Enabling the PO1 business model taking place across all SC in Quality department too. Creating a senior role managing the quality PO1 budget, customer complains across nation, building and developing function and team’s capabilities. Owning the streamlining of quality scorecard into total SC digitization and transformation agendaTacting as a change management agent to enable culture and capability transformation across function. Responsibilities Lead on the MOH AOP buildup across PCE and CFI plants with a total of $3MM (average EGP 150MM) covering 14 Quality accounts with plants’ quality managers and PO1 Quality director and review with Sr Manufacturing PO1 director, Finance director, P&P director and Plants managers through tracking cost/case & cost/kg Lead and update monthly budget changes based on the rolling forecast taking place every month and aligning plants’ teams on it Manage all PO1 Quality PRs/spendings through MyBuy process execution Lead on the customer complains cross PCE and CFI locations ( 9 plants and 33 DCs) on an average of 2K complaints per year through tracking CPM KPI (complaint per million bottle) Lead on consumer satisfaction reporting process on daily, weekly and monthly basis Responsible for driving consumer centricity strategy pillar in line with quality vision to delight our pepsiCo consumers and customers Work with plants team on complaints due to materials/packaging issues based on the current highest defect & suppliers’ performance Lead the investigation process with plants team regrading consumer complaints Accountable for all PO1 Labs testing capability (9 Labs) including testing procedures, lab methods and statistical interpretation in cooperation with AMESA measurement sciences team. Manage PO1 plants’ laboratories equipment upgrades and proper assets management, leading lab capability building projects CAPEX. Manage the implementation and documentation of proper and timely calibration routines ( daily, weekly, monthly ) and periodic preventive maintenance for all lab equipment, line gauges and other critical measuring devices that to achieve 3C scorecard targets Accountable for managing PO1 participation in PepsiCo Int. quality proficiency programs and maintaining successful Z score results as to assure people competency and accuracy in monitoring and reporting products’ quality parameters. Lead on lab teams’ testing capability development for PO1 plant laboratories teams with the required trainings and qualifications. Managing PET PepsiCo int. approved lab for qualifying new PET blown bottles across AMESA Lead on audit suppliers labs to ensure effectiveness of Certificate of Analysis/Compliance (COA/COC) Ledaing PO1 lab ASHA audits including instruments/procedures implementation compliance Leading the CBP 1, 2 & 3 levels (Capability Building Program) execution for PO1 quality population ( average 250 EEs mgr, staff and FLs) Developing capability training agenda in cooperation with sector team based on training needs demands from plants’ teams Leading transformation agenda through upskilling quality organization capability roadmap to sustain/improve perform to potential concept Managing CQA scorecard (Competition Quality Analysis ) performance regarding to plants readiness vs competition survey execution in cooperation with QA and Marketing teams Leading the quality transformation through digitizing all quality and food safety reporting using cost efficient technologies Leading digitization agenda for all online quality testing in partnership with all OEMs and Engineering teams Leading quality function vision cascading through developing future ready capability By effective use of technology to improve data efficiency, smart compliance & upskill organizational capability Leading with quality team and function director to develop/update function strategy inline with AMESA SC strategy plan Responsible of streamlining quality scorecard into total SC digitization transformation agenda Leading the PO1 capabilities and customer complains teams to deliver yearly agenda and develop own capability Qualifications 10+ years of Quality and Food safety experience in FMCG industry is required Experience in F&B manufacturing environment is preferred. Previous experience in Quality and food safety manager is preferred. Bachelor of Science /Pharmaceutical/ Engineering is preferred Fluent Arabic & English is required Strong computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Office (powerpoint, excel, etc.) High degree of functional competency, technical understanding and development of business process. Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent influencing and communication skills
