Company DescriptionSika Egypt has over 160 full time experienced and dedicated employees with two state of the art fully equipped factories and laboratories serving target markets (Concrete, waterproofing, sealing & bonding, flooring, roofing, refurbishment, and industry).For the last 30 years, Sika has been a major part in most of Egypt’s national and private sector projects, supplying the construction and industry markets with the latest technologies in the field of specialty chemicalsJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement innovative technical solutions aligned with Sika's global sustainability strategyAnalyze and optimize product performance to meet market needs and environmental standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives in construction and chemical industriesProvide technical expertise on ESG principles and green building standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in technical or sustainability roles, preferably in construction or chemical industries.Knowledge of ESG principles, green building standards, and energy-saving initiatives.LEED certification preferred.Additional InformationAnalytical skillsProblem solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills for trainingAbility to collaborate across teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
