Job Summary:The Technical Analyst (Support) will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting banking applications, core banking systems, and financial software. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and business units to resolve issues efficiently and ensure seamless banking operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for core banking applications and financial systems.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve system incidents, application errors, and performance issues.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and transactions to identify and prevent potential issues.
- Support banking operations by ensuring application availability, stability, and performance.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and deployments with minimal downtime.
- Document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Train and guide end-users on new features and system functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards, risk policies, and IT governance.
