​​​​​​We are seeking a Tech-Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in tech recriotment to join our team in sourcing and attracting top-tier tech professionals.You will have exposure on different industries through partnering with our various clients, you will:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions tailored to attract top tech talent.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and connect with potential candidates, including social media, networking events, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for candidates.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive experience and timely communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in technical recruitment in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications within the technology sector.
• Fluency in English is a MUST
