We are looking for an AI/ML Tech Lead to Join our Calibre team in Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities:- Architect and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that integrate with Calibre products, delivering exceptional value to our customers.
- Drive quality assurance and performance optimization across multiple platforms, ensuring robust and reliable product releases.
- Spearhead strategic technical initiatives, providing thought leadership and fostering innovation within cross-functional teams.
- Engage directly with key stakeholders to gather requirements and influence product direction through technical expertise.
- Design and develop scalable software systems, with a focus on AI/ML integration and optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
Qualifications:- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (Bachelor's with equivalent experience considered).
- Software development experience with proven expertise in Python, Java, or C++.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications.
- Strong track record with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and GenAI technologies (OpenAI API, LangChain, HuggingFace).
- Expert knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Preferred:- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their enterprise applications
- Track record of successful technical leadership in AI/ML projects
- Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in AI/ML
