Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical team lead with expertise in Angular 13+ for front-end development and .NET Core for backend development. As a Technical team lead , you will play a key role in architecting and developing cutting-edge web applications, leading technical initiatives, providing support and guidance, understanding new technologies and trends and mentoring junior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build stable high-performance systems to support business requirements.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages & front end technologies (Angular)
• Maintain and build secure RESTful services/APIs that support our web, and mobile products.
• Produce and manage database schemas and ensure optimal database design.
• Lead the technical team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Ensure that the team adheres to best practices and high coding standards.
• Bridging the gap between the business and the technology, helping to translate business requirements to the team and vice versa, communicating technical challenges and limitations to the business.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and workflows efficiently.
