About this role:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Odoo customizations, integrations, Unit tests and custom modules. This role requires strong programming skills, a deep understanding of Odoo's technical architecture, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop custom Odoo modules and integrations to meet specific business requirements.
  • Customize existing Odoo modules to enhance functionality and meet specific needs.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Odoo best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Odoo Functional Consultant to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo development tools and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal Odoo documentation.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of Odoo solutions.
  • Leverage community code and adapt to your internal solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as an Odoo Developer or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and Odoo framework.
  • Experience with Odoo development tools, including XML, QWeb, and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience in upgrading Odoo versions.
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, French is a plus
