About this role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for implementing and customizing Odoo solutions to meet the specific needs of our business. This role requires a strong understanding of Odoo's functionalities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through Odoo implementation.
  • Design and implement Odoo solutions, including module selection, configuration, and customization.
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications for Odoo implementations.
  • Train and support end-users on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Odoo Developer to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo releases and functionalities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal Odoo documentation.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of Odoo solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in implementing and customizing Odoo modules across various business functions (e.g., Sales, Project, Accounting, HR).
  • Proven experience in migrating/ upgrading Odoo versions.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo's V15 V16 V17 V18 processes
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential ( French is a plus)
