Job Description

Role Purpose:

Plan and manage all HW related activities and is responsible to manage HW Operations, service portfolio through facilitation of comprehensive training; impartial evaluation of team and individual performance; keen supervision of the team and its budget; taking the accountability of ensuring cooperation between cross-functional groups and committees in dealing with cross-projects and issues




Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•    Financial Management, Benefits, Commercial, Partners & 3rd Party Management
o    Ensure that strategic outcomes expected by the provided services are aligned to benefits realisation plans, and that benefits tracking process is in place and managed effectively. 
o    Maintain the business case for funding the service and confirm the continuing business viability of the service at regular intervals 
o    Be accountable for managing, forecasting and reporting on all services related budget and expenditure. 
o    Governance accountability and tracking of revenue realization on time within all the provided services. 
o    Governance and management of vendors/partners involved in customer’s delivery. 
o    Drive Cost Effectiveness, as well, drive and maintain accelerate allocated team accelerate targets.
•    HW Asset tracking.
•     Manage HW life cycle.
•    Provide business vision and clear definition of roles, responsibilities, and individual goals and performance objectives
•    Recognise areas for improvement, identify and implement necessary changes to enable business to perform to its optimum ability 
•    Oversee all areas of the business, implement any changes and deliver measurable improvements
•    Leadership and teamwork
o    Provide regular, constructive feedback to maximize positive impact of individual team member’s talent.
o    Coach and develop team leaders, team members. 
o    Encourage culture that inspired team members and driving for higher efficiency and high motivation level.
o    Motivate colleagues and managing career development of team members.
o    Ensure highly efficient team work and develop synergies among related teams.
o    External /Internal Escalation management
o    Provide business vision, clear definition of roles, responsibilities, individual goals and performance objectives.    




Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

•    B.Sc degree.
•    Typically, 10 years’ relevant experience, including People Management.
•    Customer oriented.
•    Cost conscious.
•    People manager
 




Must have technical / professional qualifications:

•    Able to adapt style and apply influencing skills to a range of complex relationships, will be required to create & manage high performing cross functional teams to deliver against agreed plans to the customer. 
•    Maintain relationships at senior levels.
•    Able to respond positively and convincingly to constructive challenge from the team and overseas the management of any issues with poor performance
•    Leading, Developing and Influencing teams in a matrix environment within and outside of hierarchical boundaries
•    Able to deliver confident and engaging presentations at the most senior level, drawing on a range of communications techniques to adapt to challenging situations and audiences.
•    Provides interface with other areas of business to ensure departmental knowledge is shared and obtained.
