Raya Information Technology: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Team Lead Network Engineer - Professional Service:
What will you do? • Generate the LLD document as per the supplied HLD and SOW and in light of CISCO’s standards • Generate the LLD document as per the supplied HLD and SOW and in light of CISCO’s standards • Follow the project plan in deploying the installations of Large-Scale projects upon the agreed plan, Scope of work and as maintained by CISCO • Coordinate for and prepare the implementation plan for the assigned project with PM. • Effectively assign implementation team tasks with technical Supervision, know-how transfer and follow up on the project’s team • Conduct the quality assurance & testing in light of the acceptance criteria with continuous follow up • Efficiently respond to the escalated problems within the time agreed on the SLA (Service level Agreement) & troubleshoot the escalated problems (Level 3) within the time agreed on the SLA. • Follow the proper Escalation Matrix if the Problem is of a higher level or still persists.  • Provide the High Level Technical Support Add On Services such as the Networking Performance tuning , Network Health Check  • Provide a full Technical documentation of the implemented projects. • Advise the client in choosing best Topology and having the best networking equipment utilization ( Quality of Service )
