Job Description

We are looking for a Team Lead Content Operations to join our team and be part of our growth. If you’re a team leader who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.


What’s On Your Plate?


  • Manage the Content Team: Lead, mentor, and support the content operations team to ensure high performance and collaboration.


  • Content Auditing: Oversee the auditing process of all uploaded items to verify accuracy and adherence to guidelines. Ensure all product details, descriptions, and categories are correct.


  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce QC protocols to guarantee that all content meets the company’s standards for quality and consistency. Conduct random audits to ensure the integrity of the uploaded content.


  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current content management processes and work on continuous improvements to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (such as Marketing, AMs, Scanning supervisor, and Regional content team) to ensure the seamless flow of information and resolution of content-related issues.


  • Performance Tracking: Track (KPIs) for the content operations team, ensuring targets for accuracy, speed, and quality are met.


  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to team members to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest standards, tools, and content management strategies.


  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve content discrepancies or operational issues quickly to minimize any negative impact on business operations.


  • Achieve SLA Targets: Ensure the team meets (SLA) by managing workflows effectively and utilizing resources to complete all tasks within specified timeframes.


  • Utilize Resources: Optimize the use of available resources to manage and finalize the workload efficiently and on time.


What Did We Order?


  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Team Leader.


  • Fluent English, with very good communication skills.


  • Strong Leadership Skills


  • Analytical and organized problem-solving abilities


  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure


  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.


  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and power-point


  • CMS system knowledge is a plus.
