Job Description

Egybell is hiring a Tax Manager for a well-known furniture company located in Dokki.

Job Purpose:

The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s tax compliance, tax planning, and tax risk management functions. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic tax advice to support the company’s financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns. Oversee the preparation and review of tax provisions and financial statement disclosures. Manage tax audits and coordinate responses to tax authorities. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Provide guidance on the tax implications of business transactions and operations. Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise management on potential impacts. Identify and mitigate tax risks through effective internal controls and processes. Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation. Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed. Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary taxes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a corporate setting. In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
