“HR Senior Executive”
Perform the recruitment process for job vacancies Manage the onboarding process for new joiners (Induction) Provide HR support and advice to employees, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner Manage the exit interview process and analyze the results Assist in the learning needs analysis process Keep the HR system updated with accurate data Manage the performance management process (JD – Objectives Setting – Evaluation) Plan and implement employee engagement activities
Skills
From 3 to 5 years of HR experience Excellent English communication skills Bachelor’s degree HR certification is preferred
