Job Description



Partner with HRBPs and line managers to manage organizational changes or restructures to ensure proper implementation Maintain up to date organizational charts and job descriptions for each function across AMAN Holding Partnering with Raya Holding team to conduct job evaluation process Overseeing performance management processes to ensure effective implementation in a timely manner (goal setting, mid-year review and annual performance review process Planning and executing annual promotions assessment center to ensure fair promotion cycle across AMAN Holding employees for the supervisory and managerial levels Support in creating and implementing talent development activities such as (identification of talents, development of top talents, career progression, succession plan)

Skills



3-5 years of relevant experience . University graduate from any discipline (business, marketing, data sciences, or related field) Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability in all tasks. Exhibit exceptional functional skills relevant to the role . Present ideas effectively and take initiative to drive projects forward . Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Maintain a customer-centric approach, prioritizing client needs and satisfaction . Strong business and HR acumen, with excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative Proven ability to work effectively as a team member and foster a positive work environment across the network Proficient in data gathering and analysis Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Strong presentation skills
