  • Partner with HRBPs and line managers to manage organizational changes or restructures to ensure proper implementation
  • Maintain up to date organizational charts and job descriptions for each function across AMAN Holding
  • Partnering with Raya Holding team to conduct job evaluation process
  • Overseeing performance management processes to ensure effective implementation in a timely manner (goal setting, mid-year review and annual performance review process
  • Planning and executing annual promotions assessment center to ensure fair promotion cycle across AMAN Holding employees for the supervisory and managerial levels
  • Support in creating and implementing talent development activities such as (identification of talents, development of top talents, career progression, succession plan)
