Responsibilities Employer Value Proposition EVP Design & launch the annual EVP Strategy integrating BU Talent strategy as well AMESA relevant EVP focus areas. Partner with campuses around country to establish collaboration serving the early talent pipelining agenda & enabling swift TA sourcing. Design & lead on early talents programs e.g. Summer Internship, Peprise, Co-Op..etc Mobilize PepsiCo associates serving experiential initiatives to early talents across. Design & activate EVP campaigns in light of focus areas & imperatives. Own & activate BU EVP channels on social media dialling up engagement. Track & report related indices (Employer Brand Index, Share of Voice) Lead on BU employer certifications e.g. Top Employer while analysing & providing insights for continuous improvement. Partner with Sector CoE to integrate strategy & relevant activations as per the sector’s cascade. Partner with service delivery hub(s) in relevant activations and aligning TA sourcing. Culture Continuously foster the organization culture through annual refreshment for the TPW roll out & relevant programs (e.g. on boarding) Partner with the Global / Sector culture CoE to proactively identify and incorporate global / sector initiatives and activities impacting NA BU associates and stay up to date on the timelines, content, and opportunities to collaborate with the global team and across other sectors’ team. Design & lead culture interventions strategy serving BU focus areas. Partner with BU relevant HRBP, CoE, service delivery hub (s) to map & activate culture interventions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline Minimum 3 years of experience general field HR Fluent in both English & Arabic Driving for results through others, forward thinking, collaboration. Strong project management skills
