Responsibilities: 

•  Develop comprehensive learning programs, workshops, and training materials aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that empower employees to excel in their roles.
• Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and design targeted development plans.
• Assist in creating career frameworks and pathways that encourage upward mobility and skill enhancement.
• Establish and manage mentorship initiatives to foster knowledge sharing and personal growth.
• Utilize learning management systems and digital tools to streamline training and development processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent development to enhance our programs.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Talent Development Professional, with insights from similar tech companies.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs and workshops.
• Strong discipline and goal-driven mindset.
• Inherent motivation to excel in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, especially in documentation.
• Positive and collaborative attitude embracing change and diversity.
• CIPD certification is a plus.
