As a Talent Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving impactful learning and development initiatives. Your role is critical in enhancing our employees' skills, knowledge, and overall professional growth.Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive learning programs, workshops, and training materials aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that empower employees to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and design targeted development plans.
- Assist in creating career frameworks and pathways that encourage upward mobility and skill enhancement.
- Establish and manage mentorship initiatives to foster knowledge sharing and personal growth.
- Utilize learning management systems and digital tools to streamline training and development processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent development to enhance our programs.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Talent Development Professional, with insights from similar tech companies.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs and workshops.
- Strong discipline and goal-driven mindset.
- Inherent motivation to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, especially in documentation.
- Positive and collaborative attitude embracing change and diversity.
- CIPD certification is a plus.
