Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events, manage and coordinate internal & external training programs.
  • Support the Talent Development team in the planning and coordination of trainings.
  • Handle logistics for in-house training activities including venues, equipments, scheduling, registration, and communication with participants.
  • Coordinate off-site training activities for employees.
  • Monitor and track employee progress and completion of training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and employee development plans.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management.
  • Managing the petty cash and training invoices.
  • Searching for new vendors.
  • Arrange Meetings.
