Job Description
Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events, manage and coordinate internal & external training programs.
Support the Talent Development team in the planning and coordination of trainings.
Handle logistics for in-house training activities including venues, equipments, scheduling, registration, and communication with participants.
Coordinate off-site training activities for employees.
Monitor and track employee progress and completion of training programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and employee development plans.
Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements.
Provide feedback to program participants and management.
Managing the petty cash and training invoices.
Searching for new vendors.
Arrange Meetings.
