Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruitment activities across KSA and other GCC operations by sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent. The role requires knowledge of Egyptian labor regulations and expertise in identifying candidates who align with the organization's culture and business needs.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategy for KSA and GCC operations, in collaboration with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
- Maintain updated database of job descriptions and hiring criteria for each department.
- Build talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews, using structured techniques to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage pre-employment assessments and negotiate job offers in alignment with company policies and market standards.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and GCC regulations.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and manage company presence on job portals and social media.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide insights for strategy improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and handle visa processing for international hires.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and stay updated on recruitment best practices and tools.
