YOU’LL WORK ON:


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent to support our rapidly growing team. You will manage the full recruitment process, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and drive employer branding initiatives to fuel the growth of our innovative organization.


YOU'LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER:


Drive Recruitment Success
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and anticipate staffing needs, ensuring the right talent for each role.


  • Develop tailored job descriptions and define clear selection criteria to attract top-tier candidates.


  • Leverage social media platforms, professional networks, and resume databases to source and engage exceptional talent.


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.


  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to evaluate and organize candidate profiles seamlessly.


Shape Employer Branding and Talent Outreach
  • Lead innovative employer branding initiatives to position Shift EV as a top employer of choice.


  • Represent Shift EV at job fairs and recruitment events to attract high-caliber talent and showcase our culture.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and past applicants, creating a robust talent pipeline.


Optimize Hiring Processes
  • Design targeted interview questions aligned with role-specific requirements to assess candidates effectively.


  • Continuously enhance hiring workflows to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and efficient operations.


  • Implement recruitment best practices to elevate the quality and speed of hiring while driving organizational growth.


YOU ARE:


  • A skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-3 years of experience, ideally with a background in technology hiring.


  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.


  • Experienced in full-cycle recruiting, with strong competency in Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) and other evaluation techniques.


  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).


  • Proficient in using social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks to source talent.


  • Well-versed in understanding various technical roles within an organization.
