Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.
- Utilize a range of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure a good fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through effective candidate engagement and communication.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and college career days to promote Daleenda as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
