Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
Source potential candidates through online (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and offline channels (Universities, career fairs, references).
Keep all recruitment files organized and introduce enhancements to the filing system.
Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the region, leveraging local knowledge and networks.
Engage with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.
BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
Proven ability to conduct various types of interviews
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
