We not only produce our acclaimed medjool, but also top-quality barhi dates, mangoes, medicinal herbs and more, depending on the season.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who would be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Create potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
- Create job ADs Internally & Externally through proper channels.
- Updating the man-power plan with Division Heads, which will help in identifying hiring needs across all departments & adding proper hiring channel whether internally or externally.
