Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic and high-energy Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-paced, passionate Talent Acquisition Team. You will play a critical role in recruiting top talent across various areas of the business. Your expertise will make a significant impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a tailored talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals, emphasizing excellence in recruitment, employer branding, internal mobility, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing strategy and execution with a focus on skills/competencies-driven assignment
- Maintain a diverse range of qualified candidates in partnership with department heads
- Drive talent acquisition projects including but not limited to recruitment process optimization, regional hiring strategies, recruitment data analytics, university relations, etc.
- Utilize data for reporting and to influence hiring decisions, while maintaining data integrity
- Execute effective employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company as the employer of choice on various traditional and social channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in regional hiring across multiple markets or geographies.
- Prior use of competency-based interviewing and assessment tools required.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging recruitment metrics and analytics.
- A strong understanding of employer branding strategies and market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where there are competing priorities and tight deadlines.
