Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize the ATS for drafting, optimizing job posts, and administering the system to ensure smooth recruitment operations and on various platforms as required
- Contribute in developing the annual manpower plan and enhancing company TA Strategies through various internal initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers & relevant team to understand current and future hiring needs
- Review and screen incoming resumes as part of daily recruitment activities.
- Conduct applicants initial screening & competency-based Interviews and generate detailed reports for applicant’s evaluation followed by attending relevant talent review meetings.
- Maintain consistent communication flow with key relevant parties as required from the TA process.
- Prepare and extend offers, managing negotiation discussions where necessary.
- Support candidates through the offer acceptance and onboarding phases.
- Prepare, analyze and track talent acquisition metrics to continuously improve process efficiency ensuring all relevant sheets and documents are up to date
- Contribute to offboarding execution process as required.
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand by promoting the company culture.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and on social media.
- Research industry trends to stay current on talent acquisition best practices.
- Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role, including the data processing part of new hires.
