Talent Acquisition Officer
Cairo Operations – Human Resource / Full Time / On-site
Responsibilities:
+ Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
+ Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) to source and attract qualified candidates.
+ Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
+ Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
+ Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job ads across multiple channels.
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
+ Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
+ Participate in employer branding activities, such as career fairs and social media campaigns.
+ Prepare recruitment reports and updates for the team.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience is acceptable).
+ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
