Key Responsibilities:



Develop effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, physical and digital employment marketing, job board procurement, and talent planning Create, organize, and implement strategic recruitment plans and support initiatives to build the overall talent acquisition process & quality of hiring. Develop recruitment and placement procedures, including strategies and selection techniques to identify, attract, and hire exceptional employees. Develop employer branding strategies that solidify AXA brand name and ensuring AXA existence in universities’ employment fairs. Implement internship strategy Develop and implement acquisition communication plan (traditional and social media) to communicate AXA as an employer of choice and highlight employer brand. Manage the company recruitment budget Investigate new sourcing methods for difficult positions Develop and implement a sustainable hiring cycle Build, deploy and support global programs to assist executives, managers, and HR improve talent selection quality and to standardize talent acquisition process. Streamline and manage a positive candidate experience, starting from the initial job search and application process, as well as AXA Egypt screening methods, interviews, and onboarding process. Ensure compliance with all regulations, including audits and updates. Ensure appropriate use of metrics to gauge recruiting status including cost per hire, hiring cycle time, quality of hire, turnover, competitive hiring measures, and new hire engagement measures. Develop and maintain sources and pipelines of diverse and veteran talent. Develop and drive technology-based solutions for day-today recruiting activity that create efficiencies for the acquisition team. Developing competitive & specialized process for talent development & employee retention Create, organize, and implement strategic recruitment plans and support initiatives to build the overall talent acquisition process & quality of hiring. Manage and maintain annual talent acquisition budgets. Ensure using recruitment and applicant tracking system to evaluate candidates from selection through to on-boarding Lead the team and evolve the service to deliver a high-quality service to the business. Drive a culture of process improvement, a tight focus on data integrity and an excellent service to internal as well as external customers. Manage the talent acquisition team and take the responsibility for all recruitment and reporting activities to attract, select and onboard talent in line with business requirements Ensure hiring request can be initiated through the ATS, then validate the position and budgetary approval, while guaranteeing the optimal use of recruitment platform to make a transcendent workflow Ensure providing a list of candidates that matches the set KPIs on quality, job matching and grade benchmarking through appropriate use of different sources. Ensure employer value proposition is a solid match for employee value proposition.
Ensure the accurate record of interview data within the recruitment platform, and follow best practices for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
Support the business hiring needs through effective vendors management
Build and maintain external partnerships with recruitment agencies
Communicate progression of sourcing, search, selection, offers and onboarding. progress to internal stakeholders effectively Support the team in managing their respective business functions to expedite hiring plans, analyze training needs providing on the job training and mentoring and evaluate the performance of talent acquisition team
- Serve as brand ambassador on social media or external events such as career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Seek market intelligence proactively to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry

Skills



Business Knowledge/Technical Skills:



Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
A minimum of 8 years of HR responsibility and leadership experience with clear career progression and direct work experience in the areas of recruiting Experience with applicant tracking systems Experience in the hire of a broad range of corporate and technical roles Experience in volume hiring Experience in full cycle hiring [advertising, 3rd party agency, headhunting] Excellent leadership skills
