You Will Create an Impact By:
- Create and implement a regional talent mapping strategy by building diversified talent pipelines and funnel to identify critical roles, skill gaps, and emerging markets through proactive sourcing, headhunting, referral management, internal talent movement and diversity (DE&I).
- Adapt sourcing strategies to different cultural contexts and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize channels and improve conversion rates
- Responsible for end-to-end recruiting for Siemens Mobility MEA, successfully covering the increasing hiring demand within area of responsibility.
- Take ownership of recruiting projects, such as ramp ups in a country or recruiting drives for specific skill sets and tools.
- Responsible for candidate engagement: craft compelling messages and provide personalized experiences to potential candidates.
- Drive efforts to make Siemens Mobility the employer of choice in the region by participating in employer branding, university relations and localization initiatives in the region.
- Partner with hiring managers, P&O Business Partners and recruiters to present pre-qualified candidates that fit their needs
To Thrive in This Role, You Should Possess the Following:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related subject from reputable university
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a regional talent acquisition capacity, preferably in the Railway industry
- Proven track record in recruitment and directly sourcing candidates for various roles in technical recruiting environment. Familiarity with Boolean search and creative sourcing methods
- Experience in implementing employer branding and strategic recruitment concepts
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment and supporter of diversity
- Comprehensive understanding of the labor trends affecting MEA region
- Stay curious about industry trends, new technologies, and talent market shifts. Translate market insights into actionable sourcing strategies
- Outstanding reporting skills by creating quality dashboard, presentations, and graphics to show progression of your work
- Expert in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word and familiar with business tools such as: MS Teams and SharePoint
- HCM Knowledge (e.g., Workday, Avature, Taleo) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software will be preferred
- Experience in utilizing LinkedIn for recruitment processes and actively managing a Recruiter account
- Strong Communication Skills rounded by a fluent level in English language, German language is a plus
- Pro-active personality with high level integrity
- Demonstrated ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Capable of managing multiple business processes simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on time sensitivity
- Outstanding social skills. Build trust with candidates and hiring teams. Network like a pro—both online and offline.
