Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern 


Location: Cairo, Egypt

At Siemens, Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive innovation and shape the future. We focus on hiring the highest-quality candidates across a variety of sectors, particularly in engineering and technology.

  • Support the Talent acquisition team by creating, maintaining, and analyzing key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and candidate pipeline metrics to help optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and managing recruitment marketing campaigns, ensuring job postings, social media content, and employer branding initiatives are aligned with company values and attractive to potential candidates.
  • Help with sourcing candidates using a variety of tools (job boards, social media, LinkedIn) to create a diverse pool of qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Support the coordination of candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth scheduling process and communication between candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases (ATS, spreadsheets, etc.) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information is available for the team.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling job descriptions and job advertisements that attract top talent and highlight the company's unique culture.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as career fairs or virtual recruiting sessions, to increase visibility and attract qualified applicants.
  • Help with candidate engagement by communicating regularly with applicants throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Work on enhancing the company's employer brand by supporting the creation of content that showcases the work environment, culture, and employee testimonials.
  • Help maintain and improve recruitment SharePoint and other shared resources, ensuring information is well-organized and accessible.

  • You are a Bachelor or master’s student in HRM, Business Administration or similar fields with ability to work full-time alongside your studies.
  • You are proficient in writing and understanding complex formulae in MS Excel and handles overall MS Office very well.
  • You are fluent in English for personal and virtual communication with the international team.
  • You’re a proactive, curious, and empathetic team player with very high commitment, motivation and ability to learn.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify key trends, and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong passion for data analysis and continuous improvement.
