    • Collaborate with marketing and communications to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:


    • Utilize metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment performance to senior leadership.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:


    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 13 - 20 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with 5 - 8 years in a managerial or director role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
