Job Description
A multinational Chemical Company is looking for a Tactical Buying Manager from a Shared Service Center (SSC) background. With 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, you will be responsible for executing tactical buying activities to support our company's operations and drive cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Implement tactical buying strategies to optimize purchasing processes and achieve cost savings targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide guidance on procurement best practices.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor market trends, conduct price analysis, and identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost reduction.
- Manage supplier relationships, resolve issues, and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Utilize e-procurement tools and systems to streamline purchasing activities and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Analyze spend data, generate reports, and present recommendations to enhance procurement efficiency and performance.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks in procurement processes.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in using e-procurement tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
