Job Description

  • Ability and understanding of complex enterprise information technology systems composed of hardware, software, and infrastructure components
  • Dealing with Network Items (Routers, Switches, NAS)
  • Manage deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of all infrastructure pieces: Network switches, servers, operating systems, and applications
  • Checking and troubleshooting errors appears on the server’s event viewer after reporting them
  • Develop processes and recommended practice associated with IT service management
  • Develop and implement strategies for maintaining server infrastructure
  • Draft and present reports on network performance to the management
  • Maintain and update records in the Incident Management system to ensure
    closed loop issue resolution & Implement Load balancing (JBOSS or F5)
