As an System Analysis Supervisor , you will be responsible for overseeing the analysis and evaluation of complex information systems. Your duties will include leading a team of analysts in identifying system requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the effective implementation of these systems.

• Analyze system performance and data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into system operations.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to understand system requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis of system issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor system health and performance metrics to ensure optimal operation.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and automated processes to improve system analytics capabilities.
• Provide training and support to end-users on analytical tools and system reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in system analytics and data science.
• Develop, test, and deploy .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other relevant technologies.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in the design and architecture of new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with architects and other developers to create and maintain a reliable, efficient, and secure application architecture.
• Integrate data storage solutions (e.g., SQL Server, NoSQL databases).
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

We are Looking for:

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a System Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server and NET technologies.
  • Strong understanding of database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
