Job Description

Quality control:

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases, after understanding the master test plan and/ or the project plan.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Generate test cases based on the requirements and other documents.
Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
Test software releases by executing assigned tests (manual and/ or automated)
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers, projects, and product managers) to identify system requirements.
Report defects (usually in a defect database) to the stakeholders.
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Quality Assurance:

Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Contribute in designing the QA plan for projects and organization
Handle the QA cycle end to end covering different modules of accredited certifications eg: (CMMI for services and development)
Design and development of Engineering Process Group responsibilities and tracking Process improvement proposals.
Design, development and monitoring all relevant trackers and checklists that impact different types of auditing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or any related discipline.
ITI diploma is a plus
6m to 1 Year of relevant experience
Hands of experience in DevOps , CMMI Process development is a plus
ISTQB® (CTFL) Certification.
CTFL-AT and CTAL-TA certification is a plus.
