Support Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Support Operations Analyst to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

GTAC Tools assists senior engineers in designing, developing, modifying, and implementing software programming for systems (both internal and external). Focusing on surpassing customer expectations by achieving high quality, ease of use, and on-time delivery.

• Delivering the highest quality support product to customers directly and indirectly.
• Providing the internal GTAC team with capabilities to efficiently and effectively perform their jobs.
• Contributing to the overall success of both the customer and the team.

• Ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanisms.
• Works under close supervision.
• Possesses basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency.
