Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!
·Product availability by taking proactive actions to prevent delivery issues to customer and solve backorders and shortages.
·Define and update stock parameters to achieve service level objectives while optimizing inventory level.
·Inventory Reports analysis and creation of follow up files to maintain Gross stock/DIG/unhealthy stock information.
·Monitor closely the level of obsolete stock, provision calculation and lead scrap campaign.
·Follow up and maintain of product life cycle process with marketing, supply chain and demand planners.
·Participate in the distribution requirement planning process and responsible for DRP accuracy.
·Collaborate with Demand Planners, SIOP leaders to monitor forecast performance, review critical families, give valuable input for DRP and make necessary actions to reduce obsolete stock.
·Collaborate and follow up of purchase order portfolio management with Procurement team.
·Implement continuous improvement projects by using “Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma” and other methodologies.
·Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefit and share best practices.
About You
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industry/Logistics
Language requirements:
Experience: +3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
Skills requirements
·Strong business understanding
·Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Familiar with SAP , Kinaxis , Initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic
·Previous experience leading a Team
