Position Title:     Supply Chain Specialist II (Intercompany Business)

Reports to:         Supply Chain Manager

Category:             FTE

Location:            Egypt

 JOB PURPOSE

Manage the Intercompany Business overall supply chain process and logistics to maximize efficiency and productivity.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description:         Strategic Supply Chain

Responsibilities / Performance Measures:

  • Directs and synchronizes specialized tasks of the stakeholders to ensure intercompany projects progresses on schedule, within scope, and budget.
  • Reviews status from project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
  • Confers with IC team to resolve problems and obstacles to project execution.
  • Responsible for client communication on non-technical aspects of the project.
  • Acts as contract liaison between internal departments and intercompany.
  • Sets up intercompany projects scop and maintain through the project lifecycle within the Project Management aspects.
  • Responsible for intercompany invoicing requirements.
  • Lead IC meetings, close-outs, client meetings as required, and the set-up of mobilizations and kick-offs.
  • Identify potential Intercompany project risks and proactively engage to meet budget and schedule goals.
  • maintain and communicate project profitability targets.
  • lead all intercompany projects activities in European, GCC, US, and Moroccan markets.
  • Support in Designing and implementing strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method.
  • Administer export of goods and ensure compliance to organizational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions.

 Continuous Improvement & Employee Excellence

Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.

Enhance work environment to promote and drive employee engagement and team effectiveness.

Implement KPI's for individual units and ensure that they are aligned with FPI's mission and vision.
