Job Summary:
The Product Manager oversees a particular product or product line and is responsible for the entire process, from the initial selection to distribution and overall sales. He / She conceptualizes new products and brings them to the table, along with other departments.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Product Development and Management:
o Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.
o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer needs, and new product opportunities - meet with traders, etc.
o Collaborate with design and production teams to develop innovative glassware products.
o Manage product life cycle, including new product introductions, enhancements, and phase-outs.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution:
o Develop and implement product strategies that align with the brand's vision and business goals.
o Set clear objectives and key results (KPIs) for product performance and track progress against these targets.
o Work closely with marketing, sales, packaging, warehouse, etc. teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional activities as well as product life cycle.
3. Customer Focus and Advocacy:
o Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are integral to product development.
o Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, retailers, and industry partners.
o Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to continuously improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
