Job Description

Purpose of Role:


  • To lead and optimize the supply chain operation for NAWY <> ROA venture, encompassing planning, procurement, logistics and warehouse management.
  • The role is pivotal to ensuring operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery of services to support the business growth and profitability.

Key Accountabilities:


  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-efficiency, quality standards, and supplier performance.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Implement best practices in sourcing and contract management.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, addressing the fluctuating demand and project-based nature of operations.
  • Collaborate with the construction management team, contractors, and stakeholders to forecast material and resource needs for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
  • Establish and maintain a master procurement and delivery schedule aligned with project milestones and deadlines.
  • Mitigate risks by planning for contingencies, alternative suppliers, and buffer inventories to handle project delays or material shortages.
